Questions buyers ask
Is the product genuinely plastic-free?
The products themselves are - coffee wood, coconut fiber, hemp and loofah, with nothing synthetic added. Packaging is your choice, and we will steer you to kraft and paper options, but if you specify a poly bag we will use one. Tell us what you need to be able to claim.
Can you issue EUR.1 for EU imports?
Yes. Under the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, a EUR.1 movement certificate gives preferential duty treatment on qualifying goods. We prepare it per shipment. Confirm the current rate with your own customs broker - tariff schedules change and yours is the liability.
How far back can you trace the material?
Coffee wood comes from named provinces in the Central Highlands - Gia Lai and Dak Lak - from farms replanting exhausted trees. We can tell you the province and the season. We do not claim farm-level traceability, because we do not have it.
Can an independent shop order sensible quantities?
Yes. Coffee wood starts at 50 pcs. A mixed first order across several lines is normal and usually a better test than depth in one item.
Can it arrive shelf-ready?
Yes - hang tags, labels, barcodes and display-friendly boxes. Send us a photo of your shelf and we will suggest a format that fits it.
