How do you keep batches consistent?
By checking at five stages rather than one: raw material, in-process, semi-finished, final product and pre-shipment. Natural wood will always vary in colour and grain - what we control is dimension, moisture, finish and count.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, on committed volume rather than hoped-for volume. Send us a realistic annual forecast and we will price against it.
What lead times should we plan for?
It depends on quantity, packaging and whether tooling is involved. We would rather give you a date we can hold than a date you want to hear.
Can you hold stock for scheduled release?
Yes, in our Vietnamese warehouses against a standing order. Terms depend on volume and duration.
