About these terms
These terms cover your use of winvnpet.com. They do not govern a supply agreement between us — that is set out separately in a quotation, proforma invoice or contract, and those documents take precedence over anything on this website.
Product information
Specifications, sizes, materials and process descriptions on this site describe how we make things at the time of publication. Natural materials vary, and manufacturing practice evolves. Before relying on any specific detail commercially — in your own marketing, on your packaging, or in a tender — confirm the current position with us in writing.
Prices, quotations and samples
This site publishes no prices. Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to material cost, quantity, packaging and freight at the time. Sample availability is at our discretion and intended for genuine business projects.
Compliance and import responsibility
We prepare export documentation and recheck destination requirements before each shipment. However, the importer of record is legally responsible for compliance at the border. Nothing on this site is customs, legal or veterinary advice, and you should verify current requirements with your own licensed broker.
Product use
Chews and toys are consumable products intended for supervised use, sized to the animal. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and video on this site belong to WINVN INT CO., LTD unless stated otherwise. Customers may use product imagery we supply for their own marketing of our products; reselling it as stock imagery is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam.
