A Factory Near the Material, Not Near the Port.

WINVN started with a simple observation: every year, coffee farms across Gia Lai and Đắk Lắk replant thousands of hectares of trees that have finished producing after twenty to twenty-five years. That wood was firewood. It is dense, it does not splinter the way softwoods do, and it turned out to be very well suited to something else entirely.

Eight years later we run production close to where the material comes from, and warehousing close to the port. Capacity is five to six million pieces a year across four material lines — coffee wood, coconut fiber, hemp and loofah. We have exported to more than forty countries and worked with over a thousand clients, most of them brands and distributors rather than end consumers.

Keeping processing in the Central Highlands is deliberate. It shortens the chain, and it keeps the sorting, cutting, sanding and packing work in the provinces the wood comes from — including communities where formal employment is scarce. That is a real effect of a logistics decision, not a marketing line bolted on afterwards.

What we are trying to be is a manufacturer that a buyer can check. That means physical samples before commitments, inspection at five stages rather than one, export documents prepared by people who file them weekly, and straight answers about what a natural product can and cannot be promised to do.
