Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means you bring the design and we make it. ODM means you start from something we already make and adapt it. Most first orders are ODM, because it is faster and cheaper to modify a proven product than to develop one.
What is the minimum for an OEM order?
Coffee wood chews start at 50 pcs. A genuinely new product with new tooling will be higher, and we will quote the number rather than leaving you to guess.
How long does an OEM order take?
Sample in one to four weeks depending on complexity, then production, then transit. We will give you a schedule with your quotation.
Who owns the design we bring?
You do. If you want that in writing before you send artwork, ask - it is a reasonable request and we will confirm it.
