Questions buyers ask
Is this really included?
With production orders, yes. For sample-only requests we will discuss it - studio time has a real cost and we would rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise.
Can we use the images anywhere?
Yes, for your own marketing and listings. We ask only that you do not resell them as stock imagery.
When do we get the files?
Usually before the shipment arrives, so your listing can be ready when the stock lands.
Do you shoot lifestyle images with dogs?
We have some, and we can arrange more. Be aware that lifestyle shots involving animals take longer and cannot be promised on a fixed date.
