Who we are
WINVN INT CO., LTD, 70 St. 10, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, is the controller of personal data collected through winvnpet.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, company, country, phone number if you give one, website if you give one, and the details of your enquiry. We also record which page you were on when you submitted, and how you arrived at the site, so we know which content is useful. We do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to follow up about it. That is the only basis on which we contact you. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking separately.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to our sales team through Telegram and stored on our own server. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a shipment requires it (a freight forwarder needs a delivery address) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or plausible commercial relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. If you ask us to delete your data we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction.

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Email us and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
