What do you need from us to start?

A drawing, a photo, or a physical sample — any of the three. Plus the market you are selling into and a rough target price, because both change what is worth proposing.

How long until we see a sample?

Usually two to four weeks. New tooling adds time; a variation on something we already make is faster.

Do we pay for tooling?

For a genuinely new die-cut shape, yes, and it is quoted upfront. Size or packaging variations on existing products generally need no tooling.

Who owns the design?

If you bring the design, it stays yours. Ask us for a written confirmation of that before you send artwork — it is a reasonable thing to want in writing.

What is the minimum for a custom product?

It depends on the material and whether tooling is involved. We will give you a number with the sample rather than before it.
