Questions buyers ask
What does private label actually cover?
Your branding applied to the product and its packaging. It does not mean the product is exclusive to you - that is a separate conversation, and an honest supplier will tell you so upfront.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files for logos - AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF with outlined type. For laser engraving, simple high-contrast marks work best; fine detail and thin strokes do not survive at product scale.
Is the minimum higher for private label?
Laser engraving does not raise the product minimum. Custom-printed packaging does, because printers set their own minimums. For a first order we usually suggest a stock box with a printed label.
Can we have exclusivity on a product?
For a genuinely custom design, yes, and we will put it in writing. For a catalogue item, no - and we would rather say that now than let you assume otherwise.
