Questions buyers ask
What artwork format do you need?
Vector - AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF with outlined type. A raster logo can sometimes be traced, but the result is rarely as clean as the original.
Does the engraving wear off?
It is burned into the surface rather than applied to it, so it wears at the same rate as the wood around it. On a chew that is being actively worn down, the mark will eventually go with the surface - that is the nature of a consumable product.
Which products can be engraved?
Coffee wood, because it has a hard flat surface. Fiber products - coconut, hemp, loofah - are branded on tags, labels and packaging instead.
Does engraving raise the minimum?
No. It is a setup step, not a separate production run.
