Questions buyers ask
Which shipping mode should we use?
Ocean for volume and cost, air for urgency, express for samples and very small orders. We will show you the numbers for your specific shipment rather than generalising.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable. FOB is the most common for a first order. If you are new to importing, be aware DDP looks simplest but hides the cost breakdown from you.
Can you ship straight to Amazon FBA?
Yes. Whether it is cheaper than routing via your own warehouse depends on volume and inventory timing - we will show you both.
How do small first orders ship?
Express courier or LCL sea freight. Express is faster and more expensive; LCL is cheaper and slower. For a 50-piece sample order express is usually the sensible choice.
