Questions buyers ask
Why five stages rather than a final inspection?
Because a defect found at the final inspection has already consumed the whole run. Moisture and dimension problems in particular are cheap to fix at stage one and expensive at stage five.
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection at your cost is welcome and we will schedule around it. A supplier who resists this is telling you something.
What happens to units that fail?
They do not ship. Depending on the defect they are downgraded or scrapped. If something reaches you that should not have, tell us and we will replace it.
Do we get inspection reports?
Yes, a pre-shipment report with photographs. Ask if you want more detail at earlier stages.
