กระบวนการผลิต

The order of operations is not arbitrary. Bark comes off before drying because bark holds moisture and surface contamination. Drying happens before cutting because wet wood cuts badly and moves as it dries. Sanding follows cutting because you cannot finish a surface that does not exist yet.

Size sorting is a separate step rather than an outcome of cutting. Natural wood tapers and bends, so a piece cut to an XL length may measure M at one end. Sorting after cutting is what makes the six size bands mean anything.

Packing is where private-label work lands — labels, hang tags, barcodes and carton marks all get applied here, which is why they have to be specified before the run rather than after it.

Process descriptions here reflect how the factory runs today. If you intend to repeat them in your own marketing, confirm the current detail with us first — it is a factual claim about someone else's operation and it should be current.
